Q:How long does it keep warm?

A:Thermal insulation performance test (Room temperature 28 ℃, 97 ℃ boiling water filling test):

4 hours: >60℃

6 hours: >54℃

8 hours: >48℃

Q:I need to hold it with my hand. Is outside becomes hot when it was full with hot coffee?

A:No. Because the coffee mug is insulated.

Q:Can I put it in my bag?

A:We do not suggest to do that, because it is not 100% leak-proof.

Q:How to maintain the cup?

A:Please use a soft cloth to clean, do not use a metal brush, so as not to cause scratches.
